Before you book

If your body's unpredictable, so is scheduling, and that's fine here. Cancel or move a session because of a flare, a crash, a bad body day, or executive dysfunction, and you won't be penalized. Give what notice you can, even if it's thirty minutes. Read the full Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

The space is sensory-considered: no fluorescents, no strong scents, temperature you can control. Stim, fidget, and bring your sensory tools. A trusted support person or a service animal is always welcome, just tell us ahead so we can set the room up right.

Questions before you book

How do I actually book?

Pick a session above and its calendar opens with real openings. Choose a time, fill out the short intake, and you're set. If the online system is hard for your brain, email or text and we'll get you scheduled ourselves. Executive dysfunction is real, and we work around it.

What if I can't make my appointment?

Chronic illness and neurodivergent life are unpredictable, so this is built in. Cancel or reschedule because of a flare, a crash, a rough body day, or executive dysfunction and you won't be penalized. Give us as much notice as you can, but we know a flare sometimes announces itself thirty minutes ahead. Just tell us when you're able. Read our full Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for details on notice windows, grace cancellations, and the short-notice list.

Which sessions can happen over video?

BQH, hypnosis, custom recordings, Reiki, and apothecary consults all work over video. The hands-on somatic and rope work happen in person, and QHHT and the sound bath are in person too. If distance is the thing standing in your way, reach out and we'll talk options.

What does a first session cost?

It depends on the session and its length. QHHT is long and involved, a bodywork session is shorter. Once you pick a session in the scheduler, the pricing shows up clearly before you commit. If cost is what's keeping you from care, reach out. We're set on making this reachable.

What accommodations do you offer?

Plenty. Pacing set to your energy and processing speed. Sensory-considered rooms with no fluorescents or strong scents. Temperature control. Flexible communication. Scheduling that bends around executive dysfunction and time blindness. Permission to stim, fidget, or use sensory tools. The option to fill out forms partway and share the rest out loud. And practitioners who share your lived experience. Need something that isn't listed? Ask.

Can I bring a support person?

Yes. If having a trusted person in the room or the building helps you feel safe, that's welcome. Let us know ahead so we can plan the space. Service animals are always welcome too.

What if I have a trauma history?

You don't have to disclose the details to get care here. The intake asks what we need to hold you safely, not what happened to you. If you have known triggers, spots that need extra care, or a history of dissociating during bodywork, sharing that helps us serve you better. You share on your terms, at your pace, only what feels right. Your practitioner is trained in trauma-informed care.
