Willow Moon Enchantments, its practitioners (Willow Rose and Levee), and all services offered through this business are not medical providers, licensed physicians, or licensed mental health professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The services offered at Willow Moon Enchantments, including QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), hypnosis, somatic bodywork, fascia release, assisted stretching, somatic rope arts, Reiki energy work, sound healing, and herbal apothecary products, are complementary wellness modalities. They are intended to support your overall well-being and should never replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

All herbal apothecary products, tinctures, salves, potions, and remedies offered by Willow Moon Enchantments are complementary wellness products and are not FDA-regulated medications or medical treatments. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Herbal products can interact with medications, may not be appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and can trigger allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals. If you are taking any medications, are pregnant, nursing, or have a history of allergic reactions to herbs or plants, please consult with your healthcare provider before using any apothecary products.
Every effort is made to provide accurate ingredient information and to flag known sensitivities, including histamine and mast cell considerations. However, individual reactions can vary. If you experience any adverse effects after using an apothecary product, discontinue use immediately and consult with your healthcare provider.
QHHT and BQH are consciousness exploration modalities that use guided hypnosis to access past-life memories and connection with the Higher Self. These services are not medical treatments, are not supported by conventional medical science, and should not be used as a replacement for medical care or mental health treatment.
Hypnosis and consciousness work may bring up unexpected emotions, memories, or physical sensations. While this is often part of the integration process, it is your responsibility to monitor your own well-being and to seek professional support if you experience distress that feels beyond what you can manage.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, or severe psychiatric symptoms, QHHT and consciousness work are not appropriate, and we will ask that you seek care from a mental health professional before booking a session.
Somatic bodywork modalities offered at Willow Moon Enchantments, including fascia release, assisted stretching, somatic rope arts, and related techniques, are not medical treatments or physical therapy. They are complementary wellness services intended to support your body awareness, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Somatic bodywork may produce soreness, muscle tension, emotional release, or other temporary sensations as the body integrates the work. These effects typically subside within a few days. However, if you experience pain or symptoms that do not resolve, please consult with your healthcare provider.
Somatic bodywork is not appropriate if you are experiencing acute injury, fracture, severe inflammation, or active infection. Please disclose any relevant health information during your intake so we can determine whether a service is safe for you.
Reiki is an energy healing modality based on the concept of universal life force energy. Reiki is not supported by conventional medical science and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. Reiki is intended as a complementary wellness practice.
Reiki does not involve diagnoses, medical advice, or the prescription of treatments. It is a supportive modality that may help some individuals feel more relaxed, centered, or emotionally supported.
Sound healing and sound baths are complementary wellness modalities based on the principle of vibrational frequency and nervous system entrainment. Sound healing is not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for professional medical care or psychiatric care.
Some individuals may be sensitive to certain frequencies or may experience temporary discomfort during sound work. If you have concerns about your ability to tolerate sound healing, please discuss this during your intake.
Sound healing is not recommended for individuals with certain neurological conditions, active tinnitus, or severe auditory sensitivity without prior consultation with your healthcare provider.
By booking a session or service at Willow Moon Enchantments, you acknowledge that you are assuming all risks associated with the service. You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and emotional health, and you agree to seek appropriate professional care if you experience symptoms or distress that concern you.
You understand that somatic bodywork, hypnosis, energy work, and other services may trigger physical sensations, emotional releases, memories, or changes in your body awareness. These responses are not necessarily harmful and may be part of the healing process, but you are responsible for communicating with your practitioner if you feel unsafe or want to pause or stop a session.
By completing the intake form and proceeding with a session at Willow Moon Enchantments, you confirm that you:
Willow Moon Enchantments, Willow Rose, and Levee are not liable for any adverse outcomes, side effects, emotional responses, physical reactions, or other consequences that may arise from receiving services. By booking a session, you agree to release the practitioners and the business from any and all liability related to your experience.
This includes but is not limited to: emotional distress, unexpected physical symptoms, triggering of past trauma, changes in emotional state, energetic shifts, or any other consequence that may arise before, during, or after a session.
All information shared with Willow Moon Enchantments, including intake forms, session notes, health history, and personal disclosures, is confidential and shared only between Willow and Levee for the purpose of your care. We do not share your information with outside providers or third parties without your explicit written consent.
The only exception is in cases where we are legally required to break confidentiality, such as imminent danger to self or others. In such cases, we will inform you that we are required to do so.
QHHT and BQH sessions are audio-recorded so that you may receive a copy of your session for personal use. These recordings are your property. We do not share recordings without your explicit written consent. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform us before your session begins.
