A somatic wellness practice based in Morristown, NY offering body-centered healing through QHHT, BQH, hypnosis, somatic rope arts, fascia release, assisted stretching, Reiki energy work, sound bathing, and a handcrafted herbal apothecary. The practice is neurodivergent-led and chronic illness informed, built specifically to serve people whose bodies and brains have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left out of mainstream wellness. It's proudly queer-owned, veteran-owned, and woman-owned.
Willow Rose is the founder and lead practitioner: certified QHHT practitioner, somatic healer, herbalist, sound healing facilitator, and somatic rope arts practitioner. She's neurodivergent, chronically ill, a veteran, and queer, and she hosts The Enchanted Cauldron podcast.
Levee is a certified Reiki practitioner currently completing certifications in fascia release and assisted stretching. They're nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent, with a natural attunement to subtle energy work and a deeply held understanding of what it means to heal in a body that doesn't fit conventional categories.
Yes. We welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, neurotypes, body types, abilities, ethnicities, and backgrounds. We're LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, polyamory-friendly, and neurodivergent-centered. If you've ever felt unwelcome, judged, or dismissed in a wellness setting, this space was built with you specifically in mind. You don't need to mask, perform, or explain who you are before you can receive care.
Head to the booking page, pick your service, and choose a time that works. If the booking system is hard for your brain (executive dysfunction is real), reach out directly by email or text and we'll schedule for you.
Fill out as much as you can. It helps us understand your body, your needs, and how to make the session safe for you. But you don't have to complete every section. Fill in what feels manageable and share the rest out loud when you arrive. If forms are hard for your brain, tell us and we'll work around it.
Yes. QHHT, BQH, hypnosis, and consultations are available virtually, and Reiki can be offered as distance sessions. Hands-on modalities like fascia release, assisted stretching, and somatic rope arts need to happen in person. Apothecary products ship regionally.
Morristown, NY, a small community in rural St. Lawrence County in northern New York. The quiet, low-stimulation environment is part of the healing experience, especially for sensory-sensitive and neurodivergent clients.
Flexible on purpose, because flare days and executive dysfunction are real. The full policy lives on its own page.
Both of your practitioners are neurodivergent. Willow has ADHD and is autistic. Levee is neurodivergent. This isn't theoretical understanding, it's lived experience. The practice was designed from the ground up with neurodivergent needs at the center: session pacing, sensory considerations, communication flexibility, scheduling accommodations, and the deep understanding that comes from sharing a neurotype with the people you serve.
Your practitioners live with chronic illness. Willow navigates POTS, hEDS, MCAS, and related conditions personally. Every modality here is adapted for bodies that are hypermobile, reactive, dysautonomic, fatigued, or otherwise complex. We don't treat chronic illness as a footnote on your chart. It shapes every decision in session, from positioning to pressure to product ingredients.
Absolutely. We don't require a formal diagnosis for anything. Self-identified, still figuring it out, or just certain your body or brain works differently without having the language yet: you're welcome. Your lived experience is valid data. You don't need a piece of paper to prove something is happening in your body.
Yes, and we don't treat your POTS as an inconvenience. Our intake form has an entire section for autonomic and positional needs: your preferred recline angle, your heart rate patterns, your need for breaks, hydration and blood sugar. We keep electrolytes and snacks on hand. We'll never ask you to lie flat if your body can't tolerate it, and we'll never rush a position change. Your POTS isn't a complication here. It's a fact we plan around.
Yes, when it's done by someone who understands hypermobile tissue. Willow lives with hEDS and adapts every session for connective tissue fragility, joint instability, and the way hypermobile fascia actually responds to pressure and stretch. She'll never push your joints past their safe range or treat your hypermobility as ordinary flexibility. If a practitioner who didn't know what EDS was has hurt you before, we understand. That won't happen here.
With extreme care. Treatment spaces are unscented: no diffusers, essential oils, scented candles, or fragranced products unless you specifically ask. The intake form asks detailed questions about triggers and current reactivity. Reiki with Levee is one of the gentlest options for MCAS since it introduces no substances and minimal contact. Every apothecary product lists its full ingredients with histamine and mast cell flags. If your body reacts to everything, we'll find what works for you.
Reiki and sound healing ask nothing of you: no exertion, no positional demands, no cognitive output, received from any position at any energy level. Even on crash days, many clients find these restore something rather than cost something. For bodywork and QHHT we adjust length, pacing, and intensity to where your energy actually is. We'd always rather see you at 30% capacity than not see you at all.
Deeply. Late diagnosis often comes with a specific mix of grief, relief, and identity recalibration that lives in the body, not just the mind. Somatic work supports processing what it means to finally understand your own wiring after decades of masking. QHHT can address the patterns that formed while you were trying to be someone your nervous system was never designed to be. And being held by practitioners who share your experience means you don't start your story from scratch.
No. We send reminders by text and email, we understand time blindness, and we build buffer time into scheduling so arriving a few minutes late doesn't cut your session short. If your executive function has other plans and you need to reschedule, we'll work with you. Chronic illness and neurodivergent life don't run on a predictable clock, and our policies reflect that.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique: a form of deep hypnosis and past-life regression developed by the late Dolores Cannon over 45+ years of clinical practice. You're guided into the somnambulistic state, the deepest level of trance, where you can access past-life memories, connect with your Higher Self, and receive answers about your health, your patterns, your purpose, and your path. It often produces insights and shifts that conventional modalities can't reach.
Beyond Quantum Healing, a heart-centered evolution of the quantum healing framework. Similar past-life exploration and Higher Self connection, with more flexibility in technique and delivery. BQH works virtually, so distance doesn't have to stop you.
QHHT and BQH are expansive, exploratory sessions focused on past-life regression and the Higher Self. They last several hours and are open-ended in what may emerge. Traditional hypnosis is targeted: it works with the subconscious to address a specific pattern like anxiety, sleep, confidence, or chronic pain. Think of QHHT and BQH as asking the big questions, and traditional hypnosis as reprogramming one specific loop.
Plan for four to six hours: an extended pre-session conversation (one to two hours), the hypnosis itself (two to three hours), and a debrief after. We don't rush any part of it. Your Higher Self doesn't operate on a schedule, and neither do we.
Yes, and often more easily than you expect. The rich inner world, vivid imagination, and nonlinear thinking of neurodivergent minds are assets here, not obstacles. Many neurodivergent clients say QHHT feels more natural than anything they've tried, because it speaks the language their brain already runs on: imagery, pattern recognition, and intuitive knowing.
The somnambulistic state is a natural state you enter twice a day: the moment before sleep and the moment before waking. You're not learning a new skill, you're accessing something your brain already does. If reaching that depth is tricky on a first attempt, Willow adjusts the approach with you. Even lighter trance states can produce meaningful information.
Some people remember everything vividly. Others recall fragments, like pieces of a dream. That's why every QHHT and BQH session is audio-recorded and given to you. Many clients find the most important insights arrive in the days and weeks after, as they re-listen and let it integrate.
Anything that matters to you. What's the root cause of my chronic symptoms? Why does my body respond the way it does? Why do I keep repeating this pattern? What's blocking my healing? What's my purpose? What do I need to know about my neurodivergence or chronic illness that no one has told me? There are no wrong questions. We refine them together before the session.
QHHT doesn't make clinical promises, and neither do we. What it can do is illuminate the energetic, emotional, and subconscious layers beneath physical symptoms. Many clients experience meaningful shifts in their symptoms, their relationship with their body, or their understanding of their condition. That doesn't mean your symptoms aren't real. It means they may have components medical testing can't detect. This work complements your medical care, never replaces it.
BQH is available virtually. QHHT is traditionally in person, though remote adaptations may be possible depending on your situation. Reach out if distance is the barrier.
An umbrella term for body-centered healing that works through the tissues, the nervous system, and the felt sense of the body. Unlike traditional massage, somatic work treats the body as an intelligent, communicative system where every area of tension, restriction, or numbness carries information. Here it includes fascia release, assisted stretching, somatic rope arts, and techniques drawn from polyvagal theory, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.
Fascia is the connective tissue web that wraps every structure in your body. When it gets restricted through injury, inflammation, chronic tension, or immobility, it creates pain that seems to have no clear origin. Fascia release uses slow, sustained pressure to let restricted tissue unwind, rehydrate, and glide again. For many chronic pain clients, especially with fibromyalgia or connective tissue conditions, it's the layer stretching and conventional PT never quite reached.
Practitioner-guided movement where Willow supports, stabilizes, and guides your body through stretches you can't access alone, whether because of pain, joint instability, proprioceptive challenges, or a nervous system that won't release without the cue of safe contact. For neurodivergent clients, being guided through movement is often deeply grounding.
Therapeutic ties and wraps drawn from shibari and other rope traditions, used to create containment, compression, and proprioceptive input. It's a nervous system regulation modality: the deep pressure tells your system, at a level deeper than language, that it's safe. Sessions are fully clothed, consent-centered, and focused entirely on the somatic experience of being held.
No. Rope arts here is a therapeutic modality focused exclusively on nervous system regulation and the experience of containment. Sessions are fully clothed. Consent is established before and maintained throughout. While rope has roots in traditions that include erotic practice, the application here is clinical and therapeutic.
Comfortable clothing that allows movement. For fascia release and stretching, fitted clothing like leggings and a t-shirt works well. For rope arts, fabric that rope sits on comfortably (skip very slippery materials). You never need to undress for any bodywork modality here.
Then you cry during a session, and that's completely welcome. Somatic work often releases stored emotion along with stored tension. Tears, shaking, sighing, laughing: all normal parts of the body processing what it's been holding. Your practitioner won't stop unless you want to stop, won't be uncomfortable, and will hold space while your body does what it needs to do.
Some techniques involve pressure you'll feel, but it should never be painful in a way that makes you brace or guard. Willow checks in frequently and adjusts in real time. For hEDS and connective tissue conditions, pressure is calibrated to support rather than strain. You can always ask for more or less, and you can stop or redirect at any point.
Energy healing that channels universal life force through the practitioner's hands into your energy field. When life force flows freely, the body heals naturally; when stress, trauma, illness, or emotional blockage disrupts that flow, symptoms arise. Reiki clears blockages, balances the energy centers, and supports your body's own healing intelligence.
Levee, our certified Reiki practitioner. They're nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent, with a rare sensitivity to subtle energy work. Many clients describe their sessions as the first time a practitioner didn't need them to translate their experience into neurotypical language. Levee meets you in the frequency you're already in.
Your choice: light touch (hands gently on or near the body) or completely hands-off (hands hovering above). Levee asks your preference before the session, and you can change your mind at any time. For touch sensitivity, MCAS, or trauma histories, hands-off Reiki is fully effective.
Skepticism is welcome here. You don't need to believe in Reiki for it to work, and you don't need to understand the mechanism. You just need to be willing to lie (or sit, or recline) in a quiet space and receive. Many of our most enthusiastic repeat clients started as skeptics. Your nervous system doesn't need your intellectual permission to respond.
An immersive, full-body vibrational experience. You lie comfortably while Willow plays singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and drums, and the sound washes over you in waves. Through a process called entrainment, your brain waves, heart rate, and muscle tension synchronize with the coherent frequencies in the room. Many clients call it the deepest rest they've had in years.
Usually the opposite. Sound healing uses sustained, coherent, predictable vibration, exactly the kind of input that helps a nervous system settle. Nothing jarring, sudden, or chaotic. If you're sensitive to specific frequencies, Willow checks in and shifts instruments. Your sensory experience always takes priority.
Yes. Both can be received seated, reclined at any angle, or in any position your body needs. POTS, dysautonomia, or anything else that makes lying flat hard: we adapt without question.
Yes, periodically, as intimate small-group events in sensory-considered spaces. They're a wonderful entry point if you're curious but not ready for an individual session. Dates live on the events page.
Small-batch tinctures, potions, salves, and remedies handcrafted by Willow from herbs, roots, flowers, and botanicals. Formulations support nervous system regulation, sleep, immune balance, hormonal support, emotional resilience, digestion, and seasonal wellness, made with the specific needs of neurodivergent and chronically ill bodies in mind.
We take mast cell and histamine considerations seriously. Every product lists its full ingredients, and known histamine concerns are flagged. If your body is reactive, Willow offers guidance consultations to figure out which formulations fit your specific sensitivities. We'd always rather you be cautious than reactive.
Herbal products can interact with certain medications. Share your medication list with us (the intake form has a section for it) and check with your prescribing provider before adding herbal supplements. We're transparent about every ingredient and happy to answer questions, but we're not licensed to advise on drug interactions.
Our signature creation: handcrafted, intention-infused bottles of liquid light. They glow, shimmer, and swirl with color when you shake them. They're not ingestible. They're talismans, nervous system regulation tools disguised as enchanted objects, each crafted with a specific intention: calm, courage, clarity, protection, grounding, self-love.
Visual anchoring, a well-documented nervous system regulation strategy. When your brain tracks slow, predictable, visually captivating movement, it shifts out of fight-or-flight into rest. It's the same principle behind calm-down jars, lava lamps, and staring at a campfire, taken further with beauty and intention, because neurodivergent adults deserve regulation tools that feel like Magick instead of medical equipment.
They're designed with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind, but anyone can benefit. If you respond to visual input, need something to hold in moments of overwhelm, find transitions hard, or simply want a beautiful object infused with intention on your desk, a Magick Potion is for you.
Yes. Everything in the shop can be purchased independently. You don't need to be a current client.
