Terms of Service

Clear, honest, and rooted in respect.

Last updated January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and interactions with Willow Moon Enchantments, including sessions, consultations, the website, apothecary products, podcast content, and community events.

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with Willow Moon Enchantments in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, please contact us before proceeding.

1. About Willow Moon Enchantments

Willow Moon Enchantments is a somatic wellness practice based in Morristown, NY offering body-centered healing, energy work, hypnosis, herbal apothecary services, and community resources.

Willow Rose (founder) and Levee (certified Reiki practitioner) are the practitioners. Neither is a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or medical professional.

2. What these services are not

Medical care

Willow Moon Enchantments services are not medical treatment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Mental health treatment

These services are not a substitute for psychiatric care, psychological therapy, or counseling from licensed mental health professionals. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a crisis line, emergency services, or a licensed mental health provider immediately.

Professional medical or legal advice

Information shared during sessions, in podcast episodes, on the website, or in educational resources is for informational and supportive purposes only. It is not professional medical, legal, or clinical advice. Do not make decisions about your health, medication, medical treatment, or legal matters based solely on information from Willow Moon Enchantments.

3. Your health and responsibility

Full disclosure

When booking a session, you agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health history, current medications, diagnoses, conditions, physical limitations, injuries, sensitivities, and any relevant personal circumstances that may affect your session. Omitting or misrepresenting information may result in harm or an unsafe session.

Informed consent

You are responsible for understanding what each service involves before booking. Review the service descriptions, intake form, and these Terms carefully. Ask questions if anything is unclear. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Responsibility for your health decisions

You are responsible for your own health decisions. Do not discontinue prescribed medications, medical treatments, or therapies based on information from Willow Moon Enchantments without consulting your healthcare provider.

Physical limitations and modifications

If you have physical limitations, injuries, surgeries, joint instability, connective tissue conditions, autonomic conditions, or any other health concern that affects your body, you are responsible for communicating this clearly before your session. The practitioners will work with you to modify sessions as needed, but you must disclose relevant information first.

4. Consent, boundaries, and autonomy

Ongoing consent

Consent is ongoing and revocable at any time. You may pause, stop, or redirect any session for any reason without explanation or penalty. You can change your boundaries at any point, including during a session.

Establishing boundaries before sessions

For hands-on modalities (fascia release, assisted stretching, somatic rope arts), you will be asked to identify areas of your body that are off-limits, your comfort level with touch, and any trauma history that may be relevant to keeping you safe. You do not need to disclose specific trauma details. You need only tell us what we need to know to hold you safely.

Right to refuse or modify treatment

You have the absolute right to refuse any modality, technique, product, or service offered. You can request modifications, alternatives, or different practitioners. Your boundaries will be respected without question or judgment.

5. Appointment booking and cancellation

Booking process

Appointments are booked through the website booking system or by contacting us directly. A completed intake form is required before your first session. You may fill it out online or share information verbally at the start of your appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are available. Life happens. If you need to cancel due to illness, a flare, a crash, executive dysfunction, time blindness, or any other reason, you will not be penalized under our grace system. We ask for as much notice as you can give, but we understand that sometimes notice is not possible. The full details live in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

No-shows

If you do not appear for a scheduled session without notice, you may be charged the full session fee. Contact us if you are unable to attend so we can reschedule or discuss options.

Practitioner cancellation

Willow Moon Enchantments reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative dates.

6. Payment and pricing

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on the website and at the time of booking. Prices may change with notice. You will see the final cost before confirming your booking.

Payment methods

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Refunds and exchanges

If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a full refund is available. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date within 60 days.

Financial accessibility

If financial barriers prevent you from accessing care, please reach out to discuss options. We are committed to making healing available and are willing to explore solutions.

7. Products and apothecary services

Product information

All apothecary products include complete ingredient lists and relevant warnings or cautions. Review these carefully before purchasing, especially if you have MCAS, histamine intolerance, allergies, or other sensitivities.

Not a substitute for medical treatment

Apothecary products are complementary wellness offerings. They are not medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use apothecary products as a replacement for prescribed medications or medical treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.

Potential interactions

Herbal products may interact with medications or other supplements. Consult your healthcare provider before using apothecary products if you are taking prescribed medications or have medical conditions.

Allergies and sensitivities

While we take great care to flag known allergens and sensitivities, you are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list before purchase. If you have multiple sensitivities or MCAS, contact us for a consultation before ordering.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us with photos and details within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund.

8. Session experiences and emotional release

Potential experiences

Somatic, energy, and consciousness-based healing work may bring up unexpected physical sensations, emotions, memories, or energetic shifts. This is a normal part of deep healing work and does not indicate something is wrong.

Emotional release

You may cry, shake, laugh, or experience emotional waves during or after a session. These are welcomed and held. The practitioner will not stop the session or rush you through emotional processing unless you ask.

Integration and aftereffects

In the hours and days following a session, you may experience continued shifts, including vivid dreams, muscle soreness or fatigue, heightened sensitivity, or new insights. This is integration and is part of the healing process. Rest when possible, hydrate, eat nourishing food, and honor what your body is processing.

9. QHHT and hypnosis sessions

What QHHT is and is not

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of deep hypnosis and past-life regression. It is not a medical or psychiatric treatment. It is offered as a spiritual and consciousness exploration tool.

Session recording

QHHT and BQH sessions are audio-recorded so you receive a copy for personal review. By booking a QHHT session, you consent to recording unless you specify otherwise in your intake form. The recording is your property and will not be shared without your explicit written consent.

Content accountability

What emerges during a QHHT session comes from your own subconscious. The practitioner guides the process but does not create, influence, or control the content. You are responsible for interpreting and deciding how to integrate what emerges.

10. Confidentiality and privacy

Everything you share during sessions, including your intake information, health history, and session content, is confidential and kept strictly private. Information is shared only between Willow and Levee for the purpose of your care. Confidentiality may be broken only if legally required, such as an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others; in such cases, we will be transparent with you about the obligation. We do not share your information with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for how we handle website, email list, and podcast data.

11. Testimonials and marketing participation

After sessions, we may ask if you would be willing to share a testimonial. Participation is entirely optional and declining will not affect your care. Testimonials are used only with your explicit written consent; you control how your name, identifying information, and story are used, and you may request anonymization, edits, or removal at any time.

12. Accessibility and accommodations

Willow Moon Enchantments is committed to accessibility and serving clients with diverse needs, disabilities, neurodivergences, and access requirements. Accommodations are built into the practice, not offered as exceptions. Indicate your needs in the intake form or contact us before your session. While we are committed to access, some physical spaces and modalities have inherent limitations; if you have concerns, discuss them with us directly so we can explore options.

13. Liability and disclaimers

No guarantee of outcomes

While many clients experience profound shifts through these services, Willow Moon Enchantments does not guarantee specific outcomes, cures, or results. Healing is individual and unpredictable.

Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that all wellness and healing services carry some inherent risk. By booking, you assume responsibility for these risks and agree not to hold Willow Moon Enchantments, Willow Rose, or Levee liable for unexpected outcomes, side effects, or adverse reactions, provided that proper disclosure was made and informed consent was obtained.

Limitation of liability

Willow Moon Enchantments liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Practitioner qualifications and scope

Willow Rose is certified in QHHT and trained in somatic rope arts, fascia release, assisted stretching, sound healing, and herbalism. Levee is a certified Reiki practitioner completing certifications in fascia release and assisted stretching. Neither is a licensed medical professional or mental health provider. Services are offered within the practitioners' training and scope. If a client's needs fall outside this scope or require specialized medical or mental health care, the practitioners will respectfully decline and may provide referrals.

15. Contraindications and when not to book

Certain conditions or circumstances may contraindicate specific services. During intake, you will be asked about conditions that may affect your safety. Communicate honestly about your health so we can determine the best path forward.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or acute medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911 in the US) or a crisis line immediately. Willow Moon Enchantments services are not crisis care.

16. Intellectual property and copyright

All content on the Willow Moon Enchantments website, including text, images, podcast episodes, and resources, is the intellectual property of Willow Moon Enchantments. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only. Podcast episodes are copyrighted; listeners may download and listen for personal use, but redistribution, commercial use, or reproduction without permission is prohibited. QHHT session recordings are your property to keep and listen to personally, but may not be shared, distributed, or monetized without explicit written consent from Willow Moon Enchantments and Willow Rose.

17. Community standards and code of conduct

Willow Moon Enchantments is a space of radical inclusion and respect. Disrespectful, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive behavior toward practitioners, staff, or other clients will result in termination of services without refund. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, illegal activity, or behavior that violates the consent and boundaries of others will not be tolerated. Willow Moon Enchantments reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior violates these standards or poses a safety risk.

18. Changes to terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to book services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. If you have concerns about changes, contact us.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining portions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

20. Contact and dispute resolution

If you have questions about these Terms or concerns about a session, product, or your experience, please contact us at hello@willowmoonenchantments.com.

Before pursuing any legal action, we ask that you attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with Willow Moon Enchantments. We are committed to addressing concerns in good faith.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York and St. Lawrence County. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of St. Lawrence County, New York, or through arbitration if both parties agree.

22. Entire agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Willow Moon Enchantments regarding your use of services, products, and the website. No other agreements or promises apply unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

If anything in these Terms is unclear or if you have questions before booking, please reach out. We are here to help and want you to feel confident and informed before you move forward.
