Discuss your questions
We talk about what you'd like to explore and your comfort, communication, and positioning preferences.
Guided hypnosis
Willow guides relaxation and asks questions about what you experience. You can ask to pause or stop.
Talk afterward
We discuss the session, and you receive a recording for your personal use.

The calendar reserves 3 hours 30 minutes for your appointment, including conversation, hypnosis, and discussion afterward. Check the calendar and ask Willow about the current price before confirming a session.
Care and preparation
BQH is complementary wellness care, not medical or mental health treatment. No particular experience, cure, or symptom improvement is guaranteed. Images or memories experienced during hypnosis aren't proof that an event happened. Please continue appropriate clinical care.
Please complete the intake after booking and discuss access needs beforehand. You can contact Willow if the form or booking system is difficult to use.
Cancellation and arrival
BQH uses the policy for deep consciousness sessions: 72 hours' notice and a 50% late-cancellation fee, with the policy's grace cancellations and other exceptions. Late deep consciousness sessions are rescheduled. Please read the full policy before booking.
