Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Hypnosis and personal reflection, with time to discuss your questions.
QHHT is a hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon. We discuss your questions, explore what you experience during hypnosis, and talk afterward. It isn't a medical treatment, and no particular experience or result is guaranteed.
I guide you through relaxation and hypnosis. People describe different images, feelings, or stories. These experiences aren't proof of a past life or a recalled event.
We explore your questions using the Higher Self language associated with QHHT. This is personal reflection, not a way to diagnose the cause of symptoms.

Guided hypnosis and personal reflection with Willow. Remote BQH appointments take place over video.
We discuss a specific goal before using guided hypnosis. You can ask questions, pause, or stop. Hypnosis doesn't replace medical or mental health care.
If you're neurodivergent or chronically ill
Your symptoms and access needs deserve to be taken seriously. Please tell me about positioning, sensory preferences, and breaks before your session.
People respond to hypnosis differently. We can discuss communication preferences and what to expect before you decide to book.
So many clients tell me it's the first time they've ever felt fully believed.
We discuss your questions and preferences before hypnosis. You can ask questions and tell me what you'd like to discuss.
I guide you through relaxation and hypnosis. Please tell me about positioning, water, movement, or breaks you need. You can ask to pause or stop.
We discuss what you experienced, and you receive a recording to keep. Experiences vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.
The calendar reserves 4 hours 30 minutes for an in-person QHHT appointment and 3 hours 30 minutes for a remote BQH appointment. These times include conversation, hypnosis, and discussion afterward.

Somatic Bodywork
Clothed rope work, breath, and gentle movement, with consent checked throughout.
We discuss what you'd like to try and agree to each activity before starting. Please share your positioning, pressure, and sensory preferences. These are complementary wellness sessions, not medical treatment or physical therapy.
Ties and wraps drawn from shibari create pressure and contact over clothing. Sessions are nonsexual. We discuss positioning and consent before starting, and you can pause or stop at any time. Please ask your healthcare provider about suitability if you have a medical condition.
Reflexology uses pressure on the feet, hands, or ears. We discuss touch preferences beforehand. It doesn't diagnose or treat conditions elsewhere in the body.
We explore gentle breathing and movement at a pace you choose. Please tell me about dizziness, pain, or fatigue. You can decline an activity or stop whenever you need to.
No bodywork is risk-free. Please discuss medical restrictions with your healthcare provider and share them before booking.
Your first session
We start with a real intake: health history, nervous-system patterns, sensory preferences, triggers, what you're hoping for. If your medical picture's complicated, bring all of it.
The room's low-stimulation, temperature-controlled, and set up with sensory needs in mind. I check in often, and you can stop, pause, or turn around any time. No pushing through, and nobody's going to tell you it's in your head.
Choose Reiki with Levee or a sound bath with Willow. We discuss touch, sound, and positioning preferences before starting.
Reiki Energy Work
A quiet appointment with light touch or hands held near your body, according to your preference.
Reiki is a complementary practice based on a belief in life-force energy. Health benefits and the proposed energy field haven't been established scientifically. Reiki doesn't replace medical care.
Meet Levee
Levee's our certified Reiki Master. They're nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent. They ask about your touch, positioning, and sensory preferences before your session.
Please discuss POTS, sensitivities, fatigue, or other access needs before booking. Even a quiet session can take energy. We can't guarantee that a service won't cause discomfort or a reaction.
Sound Bath Experiences
Listen to singing bowls, chimes, and drums while sitting or reclining.
Willow plays singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and drums. You can discuss volume, positioning, and sensory preferences before starting. Responses vary, and health benefits aren't guaranteed.
Tell Willow about sounds or frequencies you find uncomfortable.
Discuss sitting, reclining, and any positioning needs before starting.
Ask to change the volume, pause, or stop at any time.
You don't talk, process, or perform. You just receive.
Sound can be tiring or uncomfortable, especially when you're unwell. Please discuss suitability before booking. Check Gatherings for current group availability.
Herbalism & Magick Potions
Discuss ingredients, intended use, and your questions before choosing an herbal product.
The apothecary includes small-batch herbal goods and non-ingestible visual Magick Potions. Check the shop for current availability. Please review ingredients and intended use with a qualified healthcare professional if you have allergies, take medication, or have a medical condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Please read the actual product's ingredient list and precautions. No ingredient can be guaranteed safe for every person with MCAS or another sensitivity. A consultation doesn't replace medical advice.
Magick Potions
Visual Magick Potions are decorative bottles that you shake to watch the colours move and settle. They aren't for drinking or applying to your body. Follow the product's handling instructions.
You may enjoy watching the movement as a visual sensory activity. These bottles aren't a treatment and don't promise changes to the nervous system.
Please check current shop availability before planning a purchase.
